October 3rd, 2002 ARNOLD GETS "PROPS" FOR PROP 49. 
At 10:00 am on Tuesday, October 1, 2002 teachers, parents and education leaders representing more than 1.5 million members announced their support for Proposition 49's after school campaign. Arnold, Prop. 49's architect and sponsor, began the conference at Cahuenga Elementary School in Los Angeles with a message to education leaders. LAUSD Superintendent Roy Romer, CTA board member Paul Markowitz, and California PTA President Jan Domene, among others, joined Arnold at the conference.
As usual, Schwarzenegger.com was on the scene to get this late-breaking video.
