GOV. SCHWARZENEGGER STATEMENT ON KEVIN COOPER COURT DECISION

Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger released the following statement today:

"I have sworn to uphold the Constitution and laws of the State of California, and I believe that our legal system and judicial review are the very best in the world. I am confident that our judicial process will ultimately bring finality to this case.

"To the survivor and families of the victims in this case, I share your frustration that closure to this chapter of your lives has been delayed."
