Arnold’s collaborating with Stallone makes them the deadliest of action movies superstars. They are two of the best. First came THE EXPENDABLES where Arnold had a smaller role. Then EXPENDABLES 2 ! And now the upcoming movie THE TOMB. Arnold and Stallone are great complimenting and supporting each other.

I’m glad to see them in movies/working together nowadays. Unlike the slight competition they had back in the day.

I think Commando was one of the best Arnie flicks among all his movies. He was then in awesome physical shape. The film was really fast-paced. It had lots of high-voltage action with Arnie demolishing one-and-all who came in his way. His daughter was a really pretty girl. The story was great. Arnie jumping from plane, creating ruckus in the shopping-mall, some brilliant chases, shopping for weapons and getting arrested, the total massacre at the island - all in all a terrific movie was Commando. and of course who can forget Bennett - the Arnie and Bennett fight to death in the end of the film.

Yes, I agree. Back in the 1980s they were tough competitors. Remember Arnie in the movie Twins where he shows off his muscles in front of a cinema hall playing a Stallone movie. Also in the film Demolition Man where Stallone gets updated from Sandra Bullock of Arnie’s run as the President as well as the Schwarzenegger-museum. Also in Last Action Hero where Stallone appeared in the poster of Teminator 2 Judgment Day on a bike just in the attire that Arnie had in the movie.

One of my favorite movies of Arnold is Predator where Arnold with his group of selected soldiers go to a South-American jungle and falls prey to an undetectable unseen beast or monster which is an alien from outer space hiding in the jungle and striking at humans with brutal ferocity. Arnold as the leader of the selected group of warriors loses all his men in the battle against this demon and in the end it is Arnold vs. the predator. Eventually Arnold forces the beast to self-terminate itself. Thus Arnold survives.

The movie is full of terror, suspense and brute force which is really frightening to watch.
