This is a book written by the late David Gemmell, after reading this book i sat and thought wow!! why hasnt anyone made this into a movie!!, this Has Arnie written all over it. The character Druss and his battle axe Snaga, travel the lands searching for his beloved Rowena who got kidnapped by barbarians when they attacked his village.. in some parts of the book (not all of it) the story goes back in time to when he was younger then to the present when he is much older and wiser (so you’ll have to get Chris Hemsworth to play the younger role for sure!!) you’ll have to read the book awesome battle scenes when you visualize.

Its fresh, and not taking anything away from Conan,, but its been done
