Ive been reading arnolds bodybuilding book and it mentions that its a bad method to lose fat. when i have talked about this on UK-muscle.com forum a few of the advance users tell me this is rubbish and it is outdated advise and that there no evidence that you lose muscle myself i have tried zero carb or low carb diets and even LCHF diets before and loss lots of weight but also alot of natural muscle as the average guy that didnt train back then also my metabolism seemed to slow down and i put on weight much faster afterwards. but now im training i think its a bad idea for the reasons arnold says in his book. my question is because the book is quite old now what is arnolds view point on this type of diet please?
