Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. The Schwarzenegger.com Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines Giveaway Contest ("Contest") begins at 12:00p.m. PST on Friday, June 20th, 2003 and ends at 12:00a.m. PST on Thursday, July 10th, 2003. ("Sweepstakes Period"). Online entries must be received by 12:00a.m. PST July 10th, 2003.

Schwarzenegger.com, Warner Bros. Pictures, Intermedia Film, C-2 Pictures and IMF (collectively) is the "Sponsor" of the Contest. The Contest is open to all persons age 18 and older who register for the contest using the e-mail form provided on Schwarzenegger.com. Employees of Arnold Schwarzenegger, Oak Productions, Inc., Main Street Advisors, Inc., The Cimarron Group, Warner Bros. Pictures, Intermedia Film, C-2 Pictures and IMF (and their affiliates), or their immediate family members and persons living in their same household are not eligible to participate in the Contest. Void where prohibited.

Winners will be selected at random on Friday, July 11th, 2003 from the "Qualified Registrants". Qualified Registrants are those persons 18 years of age and older who have registered with a valid First Name, Last Name and E-mail address using the contest form on Schwarzenegger.com. All entries with an invalid E-mail address are immediately disqualified. Winners will be notified via E-mail within three (3) days of the drawing. Winners must respond to the notification E-mail within ten (10) days from the time notification is sent by sending an E-mail to contest@schwarzenegger.com.

The odds of winning a prize will be based on the number of eligible entries received. The anticipated number of entries, odds of winning the First is approximately 1 out of 100,000. Winner will be responsible for all federal, state, provincial, and local taxes, and all other costs of winning the prize. No other prize will be substituted except by the Sponsor's choice. Prizes are not transferable to other persons.

To obtain a copy of the winners list or a copy of these Official Rules, send your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Schwarzenegger.com, c/o The Cimarron Group Interactive, 6855 Santa Monica Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90038. Requests must be received no later than July 25th, 2003.

By participating in the Contest, the entrant agrees to release Sponsor from responsibility from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Contest or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.

EACH PRIZE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS, AND SPONSOR MAKES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED REGARDING ANY SUCH PRIZE. ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED.

Winners will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Publicity and Liability Release that must be returned within ten (10) days after notification of a prize. In the event of failure of any winner to sign such an Affidavit of Eligibility, Publicity and Liability Release, the prize at issue will be awarded to an alternate winner. In any event, by participating in the Contest, the entrant agrees that, should such entrant become a winner of any prize, the Sponsor may publish such entrant's/winner's name and/or likeness for advertising and other purposes without further consideration.

The return of a prize or prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification of the entrant/winner at issue, and an alternate winner will be selected at random from other entrants.
